Having a long distance love (LDL) means you have to pack in as many dates into however long or short the visit is. Luckily the BF was in town for 2 whole weeks, he just left yesterday...so were able to do a lot of things. Among the many things we did while he was here, I made sure to squeeze in the quintessential date night of dinner and a movie.
First we went to Joe's Shanghai to finally try their world famous Soup Dumplings where parties are seated with other parties at round tables that fit about 6-8 people. Then we went to see the movie pictured above. I loved everything about this movie. The actors, the clothes, the way it was shot, the music, the way in which Los Angeles was filmed in a different light that only the locals could appreciate. And I couldn't help but be reminded of my brother who looks a lot like Joseph....
